''For he said feed the hungry! help those in trouble.  If you extend your soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul, then your light shall dawn in darkness, and your darkness shall be like the noonday'' (Isaiah 58:10)’.

Our greatest thanks and appreciation to all those who have contributed towards sending the consignment and the needs we needed to give a great Christmas to one of our charity branches in Freetown.

The Lord will reward you and enrich you for all your love and care for these vulnerable people.  Our special thanks also to Peggy Stevens; you are an inspiration for your relentless efforts to support our charity.

Our Charity celebrated its annual thanksgiving in July.  The monies raised through our singles events are used to provide food, shelter, education, clothing and medicine for our homeless children in Africa.

Dorcas Charity is a registered charity in Sierra Leone, which works with the vulnerable group affected by the 10-year civil war in Sierra Leone.  We can make further arrangements if you would want to fund yourself on missions; to go and visit this group in Sierra Leone and support them. This is a traumatised group consisting of Women, Children and the Aged who have had their limbs amputated or simply displaced.

We work by taking children out of the streets and placing them with foster families. We provide them with clothing, food; medicine education etc. Our greatest thanks and appreciation to all those who have contributed towards sending the consignment and things we needed to give a great Christmas to one of the Charity Branches in Freetown. The Lord would reward you and enrich you for all your love and care for these vulnerable people. Our special thanks go to Peggy Stevens you are an inspiration for your relentless efforts to support our Charity.

Dorcas was a disciple named Tabitha which is translated as ‘Dorcas’.  This woman was full of good works and almsgiving.  She died later, but her good works and charity work brought her back to life.   Brethren why not make a change today and be another Tabitha or Dorcas.   The Lord would richly bless you right now if you can find it in your heart to donate financially to Dorcas Charity. 'Acts Chapter 9 Verses 36-42'.
